Mincemeat Palmiers
This mouth-watering recipe is ready in just 25 minutes and the ingredients detailed below can serve up to 12 people.

Method
Preheat over to 180°C.
Spread a thin layer of mincemeat across a sheet of ready rolled puff pastry.
Roll into a tight log.
Slice into 1cm thick rounds and place on a baking sheet lined with baking parchment. Bake for 15 minutes, until golden.
Dust with icing sugar to serve.
