2) Mix the plain flour, cake flour baking powder, spices and salt together in a large bowl. Add the flour mixture to the pumpkin mixture and whisk until combined.
3) Heat a large frying pan over a medium-low heat. Add the desired amount of batter to the pan and cook until bubbles appear on top of the pancake. Turn the pancake over and cook on the other side. Remove from the pan and keep warm.
