In a city like London, there's always something happening. From new openings and trendy pop-ups to a queue of rumbling stomachs, eager to see whether the viral pastry is worth the hype. In fact, the sheer quantity of things to do in London can often lead us to missing out. We've all been there- eagerly sharing the event that catches our eye with our friends... only to find out it happened last weekend. Fear not, here at Food Network we've taken the liberty of scouring the streets of London to find out what's happening, and whether it's worth your valuable time in the city. Prepare to never miss a free food tasting again. Here's what to do and eat in London this week (21st July).
Wing Fest Comes To London
We couldn't quite believe how quietly this event managed to sneak up on us. The world's largest chicken festival is taking place on Friday, Saturday and Sunday in London Stadium Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, and needless to say, we're very excited about it. This year, 500,000 wings will be served by 45 different street food traders. Not only this, but tickets include live music, DJs, entertainment, rides, games, axe throwing, eating competitions(!) and Wing Fest trucker hats.

Rhythm & Taste: Jazz & Food Festival
Hop on an Uber boat to Greenwich on Saturday to discover a full day of vibrant jazz and food to match. Watch live headline sets and vinyl DJs as you feast on bold flavours and global bites- from Street food favourites to oysters, cocktails and more. Did we mention it’s all free? Get your tickets here.
Ben & Jerry’s Sundaes in The Park Festival Returns!
This Saturday from 12-10pm at Chiswick House & Gardens, Ben and Jerry return to host this summer’s sweetest festival with a line-up of live music from the likes of Fleur East, cabaret, a whole lot of delicious food stalls, and most importantly, *unlimited ice cream*. Tickets are just £15 and all proceeds from ticket sales support charity partners advocating for refugee rights.

Black Eats Fest at Hackney Bridge
Celebrating 5 iconic years of Black Eats, the award-winning festival returns East to Hackney Bridge on Friday and Saturday. What to expect? A drool-worthy line-up of culinary delights from Africa, the Caribbean & beyond, plus a Havana Club cocktail bar.
The daytime session (12–4 PM) is family friendly, with the later one (5pm-9pm) reserved for adults only. Whichever you choose, get ready for an event that celebrates arts and culture, bringing people together over tasty street food, artisan traders and sounds from DJs, all while supporting Black businesses. Tickets start from £11.55 for adults.
The UK’s First Olive Oil Bar
This weekend is the final 2 days to enjoy the most unique pop-up to ever grace Notting Hill. Hosted by the Olive Oil Bar & Clubhouse and inspired by sun-drenched summer evenings in the Mediterranean, the UK's first olive oil bar is well worth a stop-by. Expect EVOO-inspired golden hour cocktails, EVOO-infused treats, on the spot tastings, and learn all there is to know about olive oil.

Baileys Little Treat Café
This weekend is the final chance to catch Baileys Little Treat Café, the Baileys X Caffe Nero takeover at The Pink Store in Shoreditch. Spice up your hit of caffeine with one of the three iced coffees on offer, Baileys Tiramisu Iced Coffee, Baileys Pistachio Chocolate Iced Coffee and Baileys Millionaire Shortbread Iced Coffee. They'll also apparently have some exclusive merch on offer, and the first 100 coffees every day will be free!
LUNA Omakase's new Chefs' Collective series
On the 22nd and 23rd, (Tuesday and Wednesday) Michelin-starred Chef Taro Noguchi of Osaka’s Noguchi restaurant is flying in from Japan to cook in London for the very first time. LUNA Omakase will host the exclusive two-night collaboration with Executive Chef Leonard Tanyag, in an intimate 12-seat setting on the ninth floor of 100 Liverpool Street. The two chefs will work together to create a bespoke one-off tasting menu as part of LUNA's new Chefs' Collective series, an exclusive and immersive dining experience quite like no other...
