The Conduit's Feast of Seven Fishes
This Thursday, The Conduit's Chef Series welcomes the Guardian Eco-Chef, Tom Hunt, into the kitchen to transform Christmas dinner into something extraordinary. He will be serving up an intimate world-inspired seven-course feast made with seven sustainable fish species showcasing Britain’s best fishing practices. If you're a vegetarian, he's also mustered up a seven course celebration of the soil’s finest ingredients from local regenerative farms to prove that plants can be just as indulgent. The evening starts at the oyster and mushroom bar with welcome drinks, before sitting down to the seven opulent courses introduced by Chef Tom, the Marine Conservation Society and the Conduit Team. Tickets are £85 for non-members and are still available!
