1) Chill the bottle of Prosecco.

2) Combine fresh blood orange juice with sugar and orange liqueur in a large measuring jug and stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.

3) To serve, pour into the bottom of champagne glasses and slowly top-off with ice-cold Prosecco.
