Grilled Peaches with Cinnamon Sugar Butter

Grilling peaches transforms them into a sticky indulgent dessert.

110g unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 tsp cinnamon sugar
2 tbsp caster sugar
Pinch salt
4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
Rapeseed oil
Mint leaves, for garnish
1) In a small bowl add the butter and stir until smooth. Add the cinnamon sugar, caster sugar and salt and mix until combined.

2) Preheat griddle, medium heat.

3) Brush peaches with oil and griddle until golden brown and just cooked through. Top each with a few tsps of the butter and garnish with mint leaves.
