Ina's holiday hot chocolate is made with melted white chocolate and vanilla pod seeds to create a cup of sweet indulgence to savour on a chilly winter's night.

Method

  1. In a saucepan on medium heat, heat the milk and cream to just below the simmering point. 
  2. Remove the pan from the heat and add the white chocolate. When the chocolate is melted, add the vanilla, vanilla pod seeds, and 55 to 75ml orange liqueur, according to taste, and whisk vigorously. Reheat very gently and serve.
