Method

1) Place a large skillet over a medium-high heat and add the oil. When it's hot, add the garlic, ginger and onion and saute until onion is softened, about 4 minutess.

2) Add the spices and toast for 10 seconds and then add the chicken. Turn the heat to medium and cook until the chicken is nearly done, about 8 minutes.

3) Add the yoghurt and finish cooking the chicken, about 2 more minutes, then stir in the papaya chunks. Serve with rice or rotis.
