Method
1) Place prawns in a bowl and season with fennel, chilli flakes, lots of salt and pepper, and the zest of two lemons. Add garlic and oil and use your hands to coat prawns evenly.
2) Heat a frying pan to medium-high and cook prawns until pink and firm, douse pan with the juice of two lemons and serve immediately.
