White sand cocktail
Add lemon sorbet to a tall fluted glass and pour in Cachaca and Prosecco.

375g lemon sorbet (depending on how slushy you desire)
30ml Cahaca
75ml Prosecco
For the garnish
1 fresh mint leaf
1) Add the lemon sorbet to a tall chilled fluted glass and pour in the Cachaca and Prosecco.
2) Stir gently and garnish with fresh mint.
