Method

1) Chop the chocolate and place it in a heat-proof bowl set over a pan of simmering water. Add the cream, zest, coffee, and liqueur and stir constantly until the chocolate is melted and smooth.

2) Transfer the mixture to a fondue pot and serve warm with cake, doughnuts, strawberries, bananas or pretzels.
