Pork chops

4 (170g to 225g) pork chops
100ml red wine
1 tsp paprika
Pinch cumin
4 cloves garlic
2 to 3 tbsp olive oil
1) Place the pork chops in a large bowl or plastic zip-top bag with the red wine, paprika, cumin and garlic. Place into the refrigerator for about 1 hour to marinate.

2) Remove the pork chops from the bowl or bag and discard the marinade. Add the olive oil to a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Once heated, add the pork chops and sear on both sides until golden brown and cooked through.

3) Serve hot with accompaniments of your choice.
