Christmas Pudding Ice Cream
Andy's simple recipe transforms Christmas pudding into something much cooler.

Left over Christmas pudding
Good quality vanilla ice cream
1. Chop any left over Christmas pudding into rough 1cm cubes.
2. Take a very good quality ice cream from the freezer and allow to soften a little. Gently mix the Christmas pudding through the ice cream trying not to break it up too much.
3. Return to the freezer until needed.
