360g porridge oats
80ml honey
60ml corn oil
25g almonds
25g walnuts
25g sunflower seeds
25g polenta
25g wheat germ
25g dried cranberries
50g desiccated coconut
50g bran flakes
50g sultanas
1 tsp vanilla essence
1) Preheat oven to 170C/Gas Mark 3.

2) In a large baking dish, mix together the oats, sultanas, bran, coconut, cranberries, wheat germ, polenta, sunflower seeds, walnuts, and almonds. Add the corn oil, honey, and vanilla and mix well.

3) Spread the granola out in an even layer and bake for about 45 minutes until the granola is golden brown.

Allow the granola to cool, and then serve topped with fresh fruit and milk or yoghurt.
