Poke Bar

Everyone loves a toppings bar, especially paired with a fresh and flavourful, savoury-sweet tuna bowl. A light, vibrant meal made customisable to you.

Method
- Combine the tamari, mirin, scallions, sesame oil, ginger, honey, chile and some salt in a bowl, stirring together until the honey dissolves into the mixture. Fold in the tuna and refrigerate for 30 minutes for the flavours to combine.
- Serve with your favourite toppings, including sliced cucumbers and radishes, toasted sesame seeds, diced avocado, sliced nori, edamame and pickled ginger.
