Method
- Chop parsley and chives.
- Wrap the Boursin® in a piece of plastic wrap and shape it into a cone.
- Unwrap the Boursin® from the plastic wrap and roll it gently in the
- chopped herbs. Place on a platter. Decorate with pine nuts and pomegranate.
- Wash the apple and kumquats and slice them.
- Arrange all the ingredients around the Boursin® tree.
