Boursin's Creamy Mushroom Pasta

- Add a generous knob of butter into a frying pan and slowly fry the shallots, thyme, garlic and chestnut mushrooms for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, fill a pot with salted water and bring to a boil.
- Add the egg yolks, porcini powder, cream and Boursin into a bowl. Whisk until you have a smooth paste. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Cook the pasta according to the packets instructions. Combine all the ingredients together and serve with a garnish of chopped Basil or Parsley.
