Bring everyone to the table for a convivial meal with this Grilled Salmon & Skillet Orzo recipe. Perfectly pan-seared salmon filets and tender sautéed mini asparagus are served over a bed of creamy orzo, infused with the bright, herby flavour of melted Boursin® Garlic & Herbs. Finish the plate in style with a sprig of fresh dill, a couple of lemon slices, and a crack of black pepper. Yum! This elegant yet effortless dish is ideal for sharing and savouring together.

Method

  1. Sear salmon in olive oil until golden and cooked through.
  2. Lightly sauté asparagus for 5 mins.
  3. Cook orzo in boiling water for 8–10 mins, drain, and stir in your Boursin to melt. Tip: Add a splash of pasta water with your Boursin for extra creaminess. 
  4. Plate up with salmon, orzo & asparagus.
  5. Garnish with dill, lemon & pepper. Enjoy!
