1) In a small saucepan over low heat, bring 1 litre of milk to a simmer. In a small bowl mix the remaining 65ml with the cocoa powder until smooth.
2) Stir in cocoa mixture and sugar into the milk and stir, without boiling, until the sugar is dissolved.
3) Remove pan from the heat and stir in the peppermint Schnapps.
4) Pour the hot chocolate into 4 heatproof glasses or mugs. Top with whipped cream, sprinkle with grated chocolate and serve with biscuits.
