The Rusty Nail is a classic cocktail that deserves a place on every menu. Made with just scotch, Drambuie and a strip of lemon peel to garnish- it's blissfully simple to whip up.

1) Fill an old-fashioned glass 3/4 full with ice. Pour in the Scotch and the Drambuie and stir gently.
2) Garnish with a strip of lemon peel and serve.
