Dark and stormy

Ice cubes
30ml line juice
30ml golden rum
175ml ginger beer
15ml dark rum
1 slice (wheel) of lime
1) Fill a highball glass or large wine glass with ice cubes. Add the lime juice and the golden rum. Top off with the ginger beer and stir lightly.

2) Float a layer of the dark rum on top by pouring it over the back of a wide, flat spoon.
(Don't worry if it doesn't float; it tastes great either way.)

3) Garnish with the lime wheel. Drink.
