Grilled orange slices with frozen yogurt and raspberry-fudge sauce

Cooking spray
2 oranges, sliced into rounds
125ml fudge sauce
60ml raspberry preserves
500g vanilla frozen yogurt
1) Coat an outdoor grill or hob grill pan with cooking spray and preheat to medium-high.

2) Arrange the orange slices on the hot griddle and cook 2 minutes per side, until golden brown.

3) In a medium bowl, combine the fudge sauce and raspberry preserves. Cover and microwave on high for 30 seconds, until warm.

4) Spoon frozen yogurt over the orange slices and drizzle warm raspberry-fudge sauce over the top.
