Prenger’s Pickle

Half a cucumber, sliced
1 white onion, sliced
Vinegar to cover
Salt and pepper
Fresh bread

Combine the cucumber, onion, vinegar and salt and pepper to taste.

If you have time, leave in the fridge overnight.

Butter your fresh bread and dip.
