Greek Salad

3 tomatoes, quartered
75g (3oz) cucumber, diced
1/2 red onion, sliced wheels
10 pitted black olives, halved
175g (6oz) feta cheese, cubed
2 tbs olive oil
1 tbs red wine vinegar
1 tbs Schwartz oregano
1 tbs mint
1/4 tbs sea salt
black peppercorns

Mix together the tomatoes, cucumber, onions, olives and feta cheese in a large salad bowl.

Combine the olive oil with the red wine vinegar, Schwartz Oregano, mint and salt. Mix well and pour over the salad. Grind over the black pepper to add taste.

Serve immediately. Delicious when served with grilled tuna steak and garlic bread as a main meal.
